Could you be our Partner Development Manager?

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our Programme Team in the role of Partner Development Manager. 

StreetInvest is an International Development NGO which was founded in the UK in 2008. We now host a global network of organisations and individuals who share our vision of putting a trustworthy adult into the life of every street-connected child.

The role:

This exicting role is crucial in furthering the next stage of our strategy, through maintaining the relationships and networks we have developed with our International partners. 

The purpose of the role is to develop and manage the partnerships between StreetInvest and three Regional Coordinating Partner organisations (RCPs), and to establish new partnerships in other regions, in order to effectively operate a sustainable global network. The Partner Development Manager will:

Support the RCPs to develop their respective regional strategies with a view to increasing the number of partners in each region and expanding their reach to street-connected children.

Develop  the skills, knowledge, resources, values and attitudes of RCPs to ensure that they are fully equipped to take a strategic lead in their regions, both as examples of best practice in work with street-connected children, and to ensure that they are able to develop the capacity of their regional networks.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of the regional strategies, and of partners’ street work programmes, by supporting RCPs to implement and StreetInvest’s M&E framework for both the partnership and street work practice.  This includes being responsible for ensuring that all necessary data is collated and shared by RCPs, and that this data is analysed by the wider Programme Team to demonstrate impact amongst the global network, and externally.

Based in Greater London, our standard working hours are 9:30- 5:30 Monday- Friday, however we do offer flexible working hours and home working if applicable to the role. This role will require international travel.
